Terms of Service - Impact Energy Kenya

1. System Warranty

Impact Energy Kenya provides a standard 5-year warranty on all installations. Specific components (inverters, panels) carry separate manufacture warranties ranging from 10 to 25 years.

2. Payment Terms

Standard installations require a 60% deposit before equipment mobilization. The remaining 40% is due upon system commissioning and client sign-off.

3. Liabilities

Impact Energy Kenya is not liable for energy production drops caused by shading from new buildings/trees post-installation or grid surges originating from external utility failures.
